My name is Iain Kinghorn, I have been working in the design industry for more than 20 years. My experience ranges from start ups to multi billion dollar corporations. As a graphic designer i started creating brochures and documentation then graduated to digital design as the web became more promonent in the 90's. Logos, Icons, albumb covers, presentations and of course UI/UX design.
My philosophy is... true design is simple, creative and thoughtful. The "in" word these days is "Empithetic Design". Any good design is empithetic by nature, that's the point. EVERYONE shuld be able to access and undertand what is presented before them and have an enjoyable experiance.
Inspiration comes from understanding what the task at hand is as well as being aware of all around you, never take a small task for granted, it's all part of a bigger picture.
